This former French Navy Crusader (serial 1) wears false US Navy marks and is really ex-151732. It was written-off after a hard landing in June 1987 and joined the collection at Château de Savigny-lès-Beaune in December 1996. The real 150879 was an F-8J of VF-162 which shot down a MiG-17 over Vietnam on 14 December 1967 while operating from the USS Oriskany.
