Delivered as an RB-57D in 1956. Converted to an EB-57D in 1967. Stored at Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ then to the museum in 1970. Returned to the USAF at Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ in 2002. Converted back to an RB-57D and placed on display at National Museum of the United States Air Force at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH in 2004.
