VH-DJQ was written off on March 26, 1998, at Cobden, Victoria, when an attempt to start the aircraft by swinging the prop went wrong. The runaway Archer demolished a shed and a toilet and crashed through several fences before a large item of farm machinery stopped it 1½km from where it started.
