Of course the RoKAF flight demionstration theam "Black Eagles" never flew with the Phantom, but the city of Gyeryong decided to paint a donated F-4E in this colourscheme. On the pole the text is shown: "Full Happiness, YES! Gyeryong". The Phantom was ddelivered to the RoKAF on 17 fwebruary 1999 and is former 67-0369 of the USAF 51st TFW.
