Preserved at the gate of the military base along with another T-28 and a T-33. Its true serial is 973. The badge on the nose reads 'Fuerza Aerea Mexicana - Escuadron Aereo de Pelea 201', a unit that used to be based at Cozumel with T-28s. For some reason, the other side carries a USAF star and bar insignia in place of the Mexican triangle.
