Displayed during AIRVG24 (event is named after nearest town to Zagreb Airport, Velika Gorica), this aircraft is known as the "Rudijev MiG" as the Croatian pilot Rudolf Perešin defected from the Yugoslav Air Force to Klagenfurt, Austria on 25.10.91 in it. Perešin took off from Željava-Bihać airbase and after a photo reconnaissance mission over Slovenia, landed in Austria. It was returned to Croatia in 2019.
