First delivered as a TA-4F to the US Navy in 1967 and assigned to VA-127. The Skyhawk was converted to TA-4J in 1973 and continued with VA-127. In 1979 it was assigned as an adversary aircraft to VF-126 "Bandits"at NAS Miramar (CA). It crashed as NJ-610 on 2 April 1992.
