Registered new with the Lear Jet Corporation as N656LJ in Apr 1968. Delivered to the West German register as D-IFUM in Jun1968. TO the USA as N44GA on 30 Jun 1976. To Canada with Saxon Industrial Management as C-GSAX in Jan 1977. Back to the US as N44GA in Jul 1983. Crashed and w/o at Catalina Island's Avalon Bay on 30 Jan 1984 when landing 500 feet too long and went over a bluff. All six on board were killed.
