To Onyx Aviation as N99589 on 23 Feb 1977. Reregistered to N21DR on 05 Apr 1977. Leased to Airgo in Jan 1978. To Emissary Airlines on 07 Nov 1978. Leased to Island Airlines Hawaii in Aug 1981. Ditched into Pearl Harbor Channel shortly after take off from Honolulu on 17 Jan 1982. The crew of three survived.
