Manufactured in 1965 and used until 1975 by the Navy with serial numbers 2, and then 021. Both the current serial numbers 042 and 1717 are fake, painted at the time when the plane was exhibited at the Naval Museum in Gdynia. The helicopter was moved to Dęblin in 2012/2013.
