First flight 14 October 1959 as a L-188C registered N9724C, and delivered new as ZK-NEA to TEAL Tasman Empire Airways . In January ZK-TEA transferred to Air New Zealand, named "Aotearoa". To N31231 27 May 1972 with Flamingo Air Lines. Converted to freighter in December 1972, and bought by FOF as LN-FOI 11th September 1973, op cargo flights for SAS and other carrieres. Seen outside the FOF Hangar in October 1985, with a white nose-cone instead of the usual black one. In 1986 repainted to the new white livery, which LN-FOI wore until Fred Olsen shout down the airline in 1997. Moved to Coventry January 1998.
