Modified with a 400hp engine, a conversion developed in Australia where this aircraft had been used for aerial survey as VH-FLA with a magnetometer atop the fin. Later converted to an agricultural aircraft and used for that purpose on its return to New Zealand. Crashed at Motea on April 14, 1989.
