Ex FB771 with the Royal Navy and 43-44212 with the USAAF. Now a restoration project and sporting a pre-WWII livery of American Airlines. In the late 1930's, the airline used these types of aircraft for flight training at North Beah, New York. They were also used as route survey aircraft.
