This was one of about six SH-3Ds moved out of AMARG to one of the scrap yards bordering AMARG. This particular a/c served previously with HC-1 at NAS Norfolk, VA before being retired to the desert in May 1992. It was subsequently transferred to the Dept. of State at Patrick AFB, FL.
