Still in Canadian military livery from when it was serial 142801, it is one of a pair acquired by Field Aviation of Calgary and modified to civil standards. By this date it had already been re-registered as C-FASC for Arctic Sunwest Charters. After several ownership changes it became C-FCGE with Provincial Aerospace and is used as a surveillance aircraft. Just visible behind this is the other one, C-GJVB (ex 142802), which became C-GSUR with the Canadian Government and is also used as a surveillance aircraft, based at Vancouver.
