Built in 1976, imported in August 1996 and here carrying the operator's logo on the fin. In 2003 it was exported as N337LC. On 10 November 2011 at Alamosa/CO, the aircraft was destroyed after take-off when the rear engine stopped due to its fuel selector valve being inadvertently moved to the "off" position.
