Built as a Cessna 175C and registered VH-RDT. After a crash in 1962, it was rebuilt as a 172C and registered VH-SEA. At the time the c/n was officially 57057 and this was retained after conversion. At some time later authorities added "172" to the c/ns of the remaining Australian 172Cs. VH-SEA was caught up in this and became 17257057. It should have become 17557057 and that is what is used here. This photo was added on 17 December 2022, and has since been viewed 43 times. |
