First flight 05-Aug-1996 and become OO-VEB to Virgin Express. Then having registrations EI-TVO, HB-IIL, N374PA, B-2504, OE-IAK, OM-CCA, OE-IBA and finally August 2011 PK-CKM to Sriwijaya Airlines. 20-Dec-2011 Yogyakarta-Adisutjipto Airport (JOG/WARJ) run off runway and had substantial damage.
