Now painted in new colour scheme. Leased from Heli Air Services. Operated Luqa Airport - Gozo Heliport service. Went down in the Indian Ocean on 8 January 1994 near Ari Atoll in the Maldives while on approach to land on the island of Kandholhudu. Both pilots survived but cabin attendant and eight passengers died. Manufactured in 1989, had logged 1225 hours and was on lease to Hummingbird Helicopters.
