To think that this Gazelle is the only one operating in Ecuador already makes this photo strange, but the fact of seeing it land in the Bicentenario Park is even more strange. It arrived at SEQU after participating alongside many other helicopters in the parade for the 212 years of the Independence of Ecuador. Some months after this photo, another Gazelle was put into service again. But, on March 12th, 2022 the other Gazelle crashed at Portoviejo and this one sadly remains as the only one operating in Ecuador for now.
