Delivered new to Ansett as VH-CZH 28th Aug 1970 and became N934ML with Midway 21st Apr 1982. Transferred to Spirit Airlines 29th Apr 1992, then to AeroRepublica as HK-4230X 1st Aug 2001 where it was damaged beyond repair after a tailstrike on take-off from SKBO (Bogota) 4th Dec 2002
