Del 28/ June /1975 Test Registration as N65784 Former HCA Properties Inc as N68HC, N48HC, MGI Inc, Metrobank Financial Services as N48HC, Metrobank Financial Services as N315JM, Aceros San Luis S.A. de C.V. as XB-ETV. On 19 October 2021 suffered a runway excursion following a forced landing at Jacmel Airport, Haiti. At least one of the undercarriage legs separated in the accident. Both pilots were unhurt.
