Delivered to Air Europe in April 1997 as EI-CNS. To Belair in May 2002. Withdrawn from use and stored at Munich in October 2009. To ILFC in February 2010 as N271LF and stored at Lake City. To El Al in June 2020 as 4X-EAK. Damaged beyond repair on March 28, 2018 after colliding with a Germania Boeing 737-700 (D-ABLB) on pushback. The horizontal stabilizer cut into the 737 tail, causing substantial damage to both aircraft. Because its impending retirement, it was deemed beyond economic repair.
