Substiantially damaged at Pendleton (KPDT) on May 20, 2017. During the takeoff roll, the canopy lifted up and detached from the aircreaft. The aircraft veered left, off the runway and struck a runway sign. The canopy and wing weres were damaged. The probably cause of the accident was not following the checklists.
