Taken from Culver Down, a large hill overlooking the airfield. The Pilatus-Britten-Norman factory can be seen, though the production has now moved away from here. Half a dozen aircraft can be seen with one about to take off from the only hard runway on the Isle of Wight. The English mainland is visible across the water.
