Zonen pioneered the use of ambulance aircraft in Denmark in the late 1930s. Some were, in fact, allowed to be operated during the occupation of Denmark during WW2. The aircraft were clearly marked with the Danish flag and colours. Operated by Dansk Veteranflysamling and seen at Stauning.
