Delivered to Delta Air Lines in July 1960, she was more than 13 years in service for that company. From the mid 1970s this vintage jet was operated by Onyx Aviation. Since 1982 she was stored at Lisbon. Delta sheetline and Onyx logo were still visible by the end of the 1980s. It was stored on the airfield for some years before being moved off-airport. Later this Convair was repainted and used as a strip bar, but scrapped in 2009.
