The single PA-38 Tomahawk within the Lithuanian Border guard was ex N4213E. After its brief military service it was sold on the civilian marked as LY-ATM. The picture shows the four types in service at Kyviskes at the time. Behind the PA-38 is a Yak-52, Yak-18T and an An-2.
