Delivered new 15th Oct 2008 and on the 28th Dec 2014 Flight QZ8501 lost contact with air traffic control about 40mins after take-off from Surabaya, Indonesia (WARR/SUB) enroute to Singapore (WSSS/SIN) and impacted waters between Pulau Belitung and Borneo. 155 passengers and 7 crew on board.
