This Dakota is former USAF 49-2635 and was transferred to Greece under MDAP through Van Nuys AMC (CA) mid December 1949. In late 1993, the aircraft was stored at Sédes, from late 2000 it was withdrawn from service. On the photo you can see the aircraft in its final months of active service when assigned to 355/1 MTM.
