This is thought to be a rebuilt Piper PA-18 Super Cub bringing it into the Canadian amateur-built aircraft class. It was reconstructed by Gérald Kelley and registered in May-2014. It is registered as a "Gerald Kelley North Land PA 18" with the manufacturer as "Gerald Kelley".
