This Intruder crashed on take off from NAS Oceana due to engine fire, just off Virginia Beach, on 7 November 1990. It visited Leeuwarden in 1983 together with A-7E 159659/AG-310 and F-14A 161430/AG-103 for the 35th anniversary of 323 Sqn.
