The US Customs and Border Protection is an agency of the United States Department of Homeland Security, and as such a cabinet department of the US federal government with responsibilities in public security comparable to the ministry of interior of other countries. DHS missions involve among others anti-terrorism, border security, immigration and customs. DHS was created in November 2002 in response to 9/11 and is the youngest US cabinet department. DHS operates many aircraft like this FLIR equipped Citation II. Has US Customs and Border Protection titles and US Department of Homeland Security badge on the tail.
