Thus Iroquois was once serial 74-22364 within the US Army. It was modified delivered to the FAD as UH-1H-II serial 3050 on 25 May 2004. Later on it was reregistered to 3062. This Bell crashed in Jimaní, the capital of the nation's Independencia Province on 7 July 2021. The crash resulted in a damaged tail boom, collapsed undercarriage skids, and the main and tail rotors have been smashed.
