This Jet Ranger was designated CH-136 and serialled 136222 with the Canadian Forces. The helicopter ws sold to the Fuerza Aerea Dominicana around March 2004. It was temporary assigned to Bayou George, Coastal Helicopters as MGD303 and later on MdeG0602 during 2006. Since 2010 it was again serialled 3061. The helicopter is reported stored in June 2016.
