This is former USAF RF-4C 65-0841, which was handed over to Spain in January 1989, so just a few months before we saw it at Torrejon. It still wears its USAF Hill gray II colour scheme. It made its last flight in 2001 and was sent to Bardenas Reales weapons range to serve as a target in 2005. The photo was taken by Paul Geerts as my own camera sadly malfunctioned this day.
