Leased to the RAAF (1970-73). Damaged in a landing accident October 19, 1970 at RAAF base Amberley QLD. Repaired and reflown 9/71. Returned to the USAF October 25, 1972 and modified as an F-4G Sep 1978. Converted to a QF-4G drone AF212 Aug 31, 1999. Written off July 21, 2005. Pic was scanned and cropped from an Instamatic slide.
