Just over three months later, on 30 May 2015, whilst making an approach in adverse weather conditions to runway 15 at Barcelona, Venezuela, it crashed into the sea. Fortunately all four on board were rescued by local boats and survived. This photo is copyright © Danny Grew, and may not be used or published in any way without permission.
