One of five ex Italian Aviation dell'Esercito (Italian Army Aviation) Bird Dogs delivered to the Armed Forces of Malta. Clearly visibly on the fuselage is the (removed) code E.I.26. Under the horizontal tail the 'MM' has been removed, but the rest of the Italian serial of 61-2990 remains painted on the aircraft.
