Originally 51-12803 with the U.S. Army and imported in 1978. On 8 May 2004 it was being flown at low level and off-shore from Thetis Island/BC when it stalled and spun in. Remains exported as N5061X registered to Air Repair Inc. Current in 2021 but probably not rebuilt.
