Bima is the main town in eastern Sumbawa. Unusually for outback Indonesia, its airport is way out of town. Having departed from Rwy 13, my Pelita Fokker Fellowship, PK-PJL, is climbing in a long righthand turn towards my destination, Ende in Flores.
