This O-1C has BuNo 151776 and was delivered to the USN on 31 October 1963. The USN, however, never used this Bird Dog as it was immediately struck of charge the next day to be handed over to South Korea. This took place later in November 1963. For that reason it also received a USAF serial (63-12741), which was never carried on the aircraft. The South Korean Navy operated the aircraft under serial 51776. Since 2015, it is preserved near the gate of Pohang NAS.

This probably is former US Army Beaver 51-16824 which was later redsignated U-6A and delivered to the South Korean Navy. It is now preserved outside Pohang naval air base. It is unclear whether it ever carried the serial 16824 while in South Korea, perhaps just 824 like presented here.

Former USAF F-4D 66-8737 was delivered to the South Korean Air Force in December 1987. After it had been withdrawn from use it was placed near the gate of the South Korean Naval Air Base of Pohang, together with an impressive line up of several other, mostly former Korean Navy, aircraft. The data block of this aircraft shows this is 66-7715, but 67-715 also was a RoKAF F-4D. So this aircraft could be a composite.
