Looking down runway 02 at Rognan. The airfield was constructed by the Germans in 1942 with a 1.200m wood and concrete runway. The airfield mainly served as a satellite to the Bodø airfield, although a squadron of Junkers Ju-52s has been based here. After the war it was taken over by the Saltdal community as a general aviation airfield with a 735m grass runway
