Delivered directly to the FAB as a J4F-2 serialled FAB 14 in November 1942. Assigned new serial 2680 and redesignated to UC4F2 by the FAB on 30 July 1945. Withdrawn from use in 1952 and stored. Registration PP-GQV reserved in the late 1950s or early 1960s, but not taken up. Became PP-HPU on 27 February 1963, but remained in storage. Transferred to the Museu Aeroespacial in 1977, where it was restored in its original markings as FAB 14. This aircraft is often incorrectly quoted as ex USN Bu34585 (which was c/n 1269).
