This Mi-171E carries manufacturer date 17 January 2013. It is former 4R-HTC of Helitours The helicopter, with rectangular windows, a 'glass' nose, and a weather radar. It was delivered to the Sri Lanka Air Force on 15 June 2013 and leased to the civil company. The Mi-171 returned to the SLAF by mid-2016.
