On the 12th of October 2019, the aircraft took off from runway 10 of the Chulilla Airfield for a check flight. According to the pilot, the engine speed increased progressively, although it did not go above 4000 or 4100 RPM. The pilot decided to continue the takeoff & return. The aircraft crashed into the terrain during the turn from the tailwind leg to the base leg. It was considered to be a write-off, yet here she is.
