1990 built Canadian designed ultralight originally built by Macair Industries of Baldwin Ontario from 1988 to 1991. Production later moved to the United States with Malcom Aircraft (1991-1993) and Merlin Aircraft (1993-1996) before returning to Canada with Indus, Alberta based Blue Yonder Aviation.
