Operated by Coastal Recovery LLC, Following a loss of engine power on December 24, 2109 while en-route from New Stuyahok Airport, AK (KNW/PANW), to Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (ANC/PANC), it force landed gear up at frozen lake while diverting to Koliganek Airport (PAJZ), Koliganek, Alaska. The airplane sustained unreported damage and the three occupants escaped unhurt. The recovery by helicopter airlift was featured on an episode of the TV series, "Ice Airport Alaska".
