Constructed as an UH-2B and used by the US Navy as 150155. Later redesignated as SH-2F. Eventually transferred to the 309th Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Center (AMARC) with inventory number 8H0003. To the National Museum of Naval Aviation in Pensacola (FL) as N8062J.
