Hard to be sure of the serial of this aircraft but a different angle shows "01" were the last two numbers of the serial on the fuselage while the first number on the rudder appears to be "4". F4401 was operated by 20 Sqn in what was then known at the North West Frontier of India. There are two Shinki bridges, Upper and Lower. The Upper Shinki is the one that was known simply as Shinki at the time. While there is now a modern bridge, an old bridge of similar construction to the one in the photo still stands nearby.
